Once your payment is verified, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. Please note that this processing time does not include and is not limited to weekends and holidays .

Please be aware of the following:

• Eilovani is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon arrival to your location, nor any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
• Delivery timeframes do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Unfortunately, shipping to Russia is not available due to shipping restrictions, shipping times, and the risk of packages being lost.
